SUMMER TEMPEST / EAGLE METEOR 16 fall under the preparation NRDC-ITA is undergoing for assuming the role of LCC as part of the NRF (NATO Response Force), so exercising interoperability and Command and Control over the VJTF (Very High Readiness Joint Task Force) or other combat units/multinational forces.

  18th November - "Summer Tempest 16" has started
  6th December - "Summer Tempest - 2016" is over
